It is necessary for the exchange that the product is unused and in perfect condition. Otherwise, Frenkel's reserves the right to change.

Frenkel's will not assume the cost of shipping arising from an exchange, it is the responsibility of the buyer. Frenkel's will only be responsible for the cost of shipping an exchange in the case of a product that has arrived faulty or in poor condition. The prices to be considered will be those in force at the time of purchase, not the change.
RETURNS:
In the event that a product arrives faulty or in poor condition, we will proceed to refund the purchase money, as long as the claim is made within 10 days after the purchase is made.
